The AVCO V200 Positioner is very user friendly, easy to add to a valve and simple to calibrate to achieve reliable valve position indication and feedback. The standard housing is a die cast aluminum housing which meets NEMA 4X requirements to prevent environmental intrusion. Other options are available for explosion proof, intrinsically safe, fail freeze and natural gas applications with approvals per ATEX, FM and CSA. The overall size is compact with space utilized efficiently to hold internal I/P, switches and a transmitter. Available in 3-15psi pneumatic set up as well as electro-pneumatic 4-20mA input signal this model range covers most of your process control needs. When calibrating the positioner, both zero and span can be adjusted without removing the cover. The use of pressure gauges makes calibrating and troubleshooting this unit much easier and more effective.
