Honestly, the best thing Ive experienced from working with AVCO is their open dialog and willingness to fix any issues. No matter whos fault it may be, a simple error on my behalf where I typed a wrong part number by mistake or they send the wrong part it get taken care of. Either way, we have a relationship that stands on getting the job done correctly and efficiently. And, as a designer my needs can be a little complex, I may need a specific valve with an actuator with a special designed mount and my AVCO representative, the inside sales team along with their engineers make it happen. Theyll get me the design I need and provide 3D files and 2D documentation which also makes my job easier. My first go to for valve selection on any project is AVCO. If I can talk my customer into it, its going to be AVCO.
