AVCO has an immediate opening for a full-time inside sales and customer service position. The position is fast paced; the environment is friendly and supportive. No previous industry experience is required. AVCO will provide all the necessary training.
- Answering phones calls and email messages in a professional manner
- Providing quotes to customers
- Responding to customer questions and inquiries
- Resolving customer problems to their satisfaction
- Communicating with production staff regarding status of projects
- Entering sales orders
- Entering data into a variety of customer and internal reports
- Coordinating shipments and deliveries
- Assisting with purchasing of parts from vendors
- Coordination of paperwork between different departments
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Follows directions
- Works well in a team environment
- Works with little supervision when required
- Maintains a sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately
The compensation plan for this position will include a base salary, commission, vacation/sick/holiday pay, 401(k) and health insurance.
