The AVCO 19100 series valve is our 2-piece trunnion valve offering. These cast alloy valves are available in 316 stainless steel (CF8M), carbon steel (WCB) in sizes from 2\u201d through 28\u201d. Carbon steel exteriors are painted or epoxy coated to prevent corrosion and allow for continued use over many years. The valves are available with a choice of ANSI Class 150 through Class 2500 RF or RTJ flanges or butt weld end connections. A full port ball is utilized to minimize the pressure drop across the valve. The valve design and fire safe feature conform to API 607, API 6D and ASTM standards B16.34, B16.5 and B16.10. The standard valve is the AVCO 19100 Series, but it is also available as the AVCO 19500 Series which is the same valve configured with an extended bonnet for use in cryogenic applications. These valves work well with gear operators, pneumatic actuators, electric actuators and other automation packages that may be required.
